ต้น Sporophyte(2n) สร้าง :

1. Megaspore mother cell(2n) → 4 Megaspore(n) *แต่จะสลายไป3ใช้ได้แค่1

Megaspore เจริญเป็น Gametophyte เพศเมีย

1. Microspore mother cell(2n) → 4 Microspore

Microsporeเจริญเป็น Gametophyte เพศผู้

Gametophyte :

1. Embryo sac(Gametophyte เพศเมีย) สร้าง→ Sperm(Gamete เพศผู้)
2. Pollen grain(Gametohyte เพศผู้) สร้าง→ egg(Gamete เพศเมีย)

Sperm + Egg → Zygote → Embryo → Sporophyte
